September, 2024 ~ Cleared to return to work.
I have officially been cleared to return to practicing massage! I am still healing, of course, but the work will definitely speed my recovery and help bring back the use of my traumatized muscles!
July, 2024 ~ Motorcycle Crash
As many of you know, on July 12th I was riding my motorcycle and a car turned left in front of me. As a result I had to have my left shoulder replaced and I am wearing a walking boot on my left ankle. I also required surgery on my right wrist. So I have another month of healing to do. And then some physical therapy to get back the use of my left shoulder. The prognosis is good and it will just take time and work. I was very lucky. I was wearing my helmet and I was only going 35 mph.
For the time being my friend George Anne Pritchett is covering my practice and doing a very nice job. I am hopeful that by the time school starts in mid-august/early September, I will be able to go back to work.
